The Illinois Prisoner Review Board has the option each year to dely the next parole hearing opportunity by an inmate for up to three years. However, inmate Bacino has been allowed and granted hearings each and every year putting the Mayborne family under great stress and continued suffering. We can end this outrage by forcing the Illinois PRB to deny Mr. Bacino's next parole possibilities for 3 years instead of every year. You can help by checking the 3 year set box.

Theodore Bacino (ILDOC Inmate C02070) Priors:
(something his supporters don't want you to know)

1960's

In a early 1960's arrest and conviction he kidnapped a neighbor at gunpoint and made him drive Bacino to rob a restaurant in Rockford. When the police went to Bacino's home looking for him, his wife (he wants to be paroled to her home) laid in bed claiming she knew nothing. When the police finally get her out of bed they located the gun he used under the mattress she was lying on. After he was released from prison he placed himself in a mental health institution because he was having difficulty adjusting after only 8 years in prison.

1974

Convicted and sentenced for Federal Bank Robbery
Convicted and Sentenced for Kiddnapping of the Bank President
Convicted and sentenced for murder of an ON DUTY law enforcement officer
Served 35 years of a 124 year sentence for above at Dixon Correctional Facility
